- Claim Admin Account: Administrators who receive the Claim Admin Account email from memberplanet must click the link within the email to activate their account. After the admin account activation process has been completed, admins will receive a confirmation page with a link that will direct them to the group portal on memberplanet.
- Set Up Membership Level (Tier) Price: A placeholder membership level will be set up. Admins will need to update the price of the membership level for their local PTA. They can add additional membership levels (for family, staff, community etc.) if needed.
Member records in PT Avenue as of the deadline have been uploaded and populated in memberplanet and listed as inactive.
- Upload Additional Members: Admins can add any missing members for the school year in bulk (via an Excel spreadsheet) or individually. Click here to download the upload template.
- Record Active Memberships: Admins will have different options available during this process to activate new and returning members within the database.
